Tasting Note: A cava that that impresses with autolytic flavors normally found in reserva cava.
Pale-intensity lemon in color with tight, small bubbles, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose brioche, fresh golden apple, pear and bread dough.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cava has medium-plus-intensity, autolytic flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.
The wine is balanced and shows why cava is the largest-production, traditional-method sparkling wine in the world.
