Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red cherry, strawberry and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling rosé had medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity completing with a slightly, lemon-infused, medium finish.

The wine is light, bright, simple and elegant.

Made in the Champenoise method, this soft pink sparkling wine boasts intense aromas red fruits such as cherries and strawberries. Aging on the lees for 12 months has conferred La Mascota sparkling a well-balanced and fresh palate. Its fine, abundant bubbles are proof of its elegance. An ideal wine for your starters, desserts and appetizers. Best served between 5°C and 7°C.
