Masía de la Luz, Método Tradicional Brut Cava, Catalonia, Spain

Tasting Note: A good, lighter-bodied cava with a solid, straightforward taste profile.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of quince, green apple, pear and lemon peel with a hint of caramel.

On the palate the dry, light-to-medium-bodied cava delivers fresh fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium finish.

The wine is bright, uncomplicated and refreshing.

Bottle Note: The vineyards of Masía de la Luz are located in the heart of Penedes, the home of premium cava, not far from Barcelona. Lively and intense, this cava has beautiful notes of green apple and honey as well as refreshing acidity. Perfect as an aperitif and with any seafood-inspired recipe. Serve at a temperature of 44°- 49°F.
