Tasting Note: If you’re looking for Beaujolais Nouveau with oomph and more body and structure, this Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau is your bottle.

Medium-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, pronounced-intensity nose of red plum, red cherry, rhubarb, strawberry and rosehip.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus bodied Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau has medium-plus-intensity, red-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a raspberry-infused, medium-plus finish.

There are some notes of complexity along the palate along with concentration.

The more substantial side of Beaujolais Nouveau.
