Neethlingshof Estate, Chenin Blanc 2016, Stellenbosch, South Africa
Tasting Note: A dry, South African chenin blanc with weight and texture.
Medium-plus intensity lemon in color this wine has an aromatic nose of green apple, pear, blossom, lemon-lime citrus and honeysuckle.
On the palate the dry, full-bodied Chenin Blanc has a creamy texture with just-ripened-green fruit flavors buttressed by high acidity leaving your mouth both refreshed and craving the next sip.
The wine has a medium-plus, citrus-infused finish with mid-palate complexity and balance between fruit and acidity.
