Noble Hill, Mourvedre Rosé 2017, Simonsberg-Paarl, South Africa
Tasting Note: A basic, well-made, South African rosé.
Medium-intensity salmon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of strawberry, red cherry and lemon citrus.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied mourvédre rosé is spritzy with a steely texture and medium-plus acidity.
Bottle Note: Viticulture began on the granitic slopes of the Simonsberg mountains in the late 17th century.
Each grape variety grown at Noble Hill is represented by a different key from the farm’s past.
Crisp and dry, our mourvédre rosé elicits aromas of strawberries, watermelon, and black currant.
