Tasting Note: A characterful, red blend of 85% merlot and 15% Moscato di Scanzo that has floral hints reminiscent of northern-Rhone syrah.

Medium-intensity ruby in color with some garnet around the edges this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, raspberry, black cherry, dried-crushed violet blossom and rosehip.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied red blend has medium-plus-intensity, black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by supple, medium-tannin and completing with a medium-plus finish.

The wine is round and creamy in texture with notes of complexity running throughout the entire length of the taste.
