Tasting Note: This 2013 cava is pure delight.

Bright, rich gold in color with tight, persistent bubbles the wine has a fulsome nose of dried red apple, pear, bread dough and honeysuckle with a hint of toast.

The palate echoes the impressive nose with complexity and shows the benefits of development.

It’s hard to imagine aged cava gets better than this if you can snag a bottle.
