Parmoleto, Montecucco Sangiovese Riserva DOCG 2015, Tuscany, Italy

Tasting Note: The red fruit you expect in a sangiovese but with more flavor integration.

Medium-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of red cherry, red plum, rosehip, strawberry and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sangiovese has somewhat-tart, medium-plus-intensity, red-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and slightly-grippy, medium tannin.

The fruit and tannin structure are in balance.

A good sangiovese with attractive aromatics.
