Tasting Note: A Champagne with a good mix of golden fruit and autolytic notes.

Pale-to-medium-intensity gold in color with small, tight, persistent bubbles, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of golden apple, brioche and quince with hints of caramel, brioche and toasted almond.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Champagne has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose along with some additional notes of toast ultimately completing with a medium finish buttressed by hints of lemon-citrus.

Complexity along the midpalate is supported by medium-plus acidity and a somewhat creamy quality towards the end of the taste.

A solid Champagne to enjoy at home or bring to a gathering with friends.
