Tasting Note: A bright, fresh pinot gris with racy acidity.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, pear and lemon citrus.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied pinot gris has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and some chalk on the midpalate ultimately completing with a lemon-citrus-infused, medium-plus finish.

The wine has a steely, refreshing midpalate.

Bottle Note: Raptor Ridge Winery sources fruit from some of the best pinot gris growers in the Willamette Valley AVA. This lean, Alsatian-style wine shines on its own, and shares the table wonderfully with a variety of fare. Fewer than 1,600 cases produced.
