Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of granny-smith apple, pear, starfruit and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied chardonnay has medium flavor intensity supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.
The wine is straightforward and good in its dimension.
Would pair well with many dishes including the tofu and bok choi dish I’m enjoying tonight.
