Tasting Note: An example of subtlety in sparkler-making while highlighting understated red fruit character.

Slightly pink in color this sparkling wine has a nose of yeast that flirts with red fruit including strawberry and red cherry.

On the palate the creamy wine is medium in body and medium-plus in acidity with a slightly dried red fruit after taste.

Rather than being a high-acid palate cleanser this sparkler is more of a palate recharger.
