Tasting Note: This is the elegant, sophisticated James Bond of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Purple in color, the wine has an alluring aromatic nose of blackberry, red raspberry compote, black cherry, strawberry, boysenberry and violet blossom.

On the palate the wine is plush like your head hitting a silk pillow with well-integrated fruit suggested on the nose supported by polished tannin and completing with a long finish.

You may buy a bottle to take to a friend’s house, but you wouldn’t be faulted for keeping it to enjoy at home.

Bottle Note: Cabernet Sauvignon was the first wine our family produced in 1980. Since then, we have continually refined our vineyard selection and farming practices in a quest for perfect this quintessential Napa Valley wine. Every grape cluster is handpicked, sorted first in the vineyard and again in our cellar using an optical sorter to ensure flawless fruit. The final wine is created from over 75 small barrel lots, aged in French oak and tended separately until blending. Like all of our wines, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a reflection of our belief that The Joy of Wine lies in the pleasure of sharing it with family and friends.
