Tasting Note: [FYI they’ve upgraded their label design to look fancier since I bought it].

A simple, uncomplicated, good-value sparkling wine.

Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of golden apple, pear slice, honey dew melon and orange zest.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.

The wine is basic and straightforward.

Bottle Note: This bottle holds one of France’s most delicate wines, traditionally brought to sparkle in this tightly corked bottle. It is most appropriate for any festive occasion or party.
