Tasting Note: A sparkling rosé that is simple, straightforward and better than many similarly-produced sparkling rosés in the market.

Medium-to-deep-intensity salmon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red cherry, strawberry and cranberry.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling rosé has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a slight, raspberry-infused, medium finish.

The kind of fun, uncomplicated, charmat-method-produced sparkling rosé you open up and enjoy that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
