Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of pear, blossom, biscuit, green apple, brioche and lemon-citrus peel.
On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Champagne delivers medium-plus intensity flavors suggested on the nose with a tart, green-fruit character running throughout the length of the taste.
The sparkling wine is medium-plus in acidity with a somewhat creamy texture ultimately completing with a medium-plus finish.
