Tasting Note: A cava that highlights cava’s lighter-but-flavorful side buttressed by bright fruit.

Medium-intensity lemon in color with tight, small, persistent bubbles, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of a mix of fresh-green-and-golden apple, pear, starfruit and blossom with hints of caramel.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cava has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium finish.

The sparkling wine is straightforward and good in its dimension.

Perfect as aperitif or paired with a meal.

Bottle Note: Sparkling wine fermented in this bottle. 100% Macabeo. Produced using the traditional cava method of fermentation in bottle, this wine spends at a minimum nine months in bottle. Showcases a wonderful deep golden color with a rich nose of fruit and fiery spices accenting the flavors of crystalized honey, toast points and citrus on the palate.
