Tasting Note: A festival of yeasty autolytic flavors that Champagne lovers will adore.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of brioche, bread dough and quince with hints of caramel.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied sparkling wine has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a long finish.

Two years of lees aging gives way to abundant midpalate concentration.

A serious sparkling wine to introduce a friend to New Jersey wine.
