Aria, Estate Brut Cava, Catalonia, Spain
Tasting Note: A middle-of-the-pack cava that does the job of delivering.
Medium-intensity lemon in color, this wine has a nose of lemon-citrus peel, green apple, and pear.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cava delivers medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a medium finish.
The wine is mostly straightforward in taste profile, but good in its own way.
Bottle Note: Aria Estate Brut has won decades of acclaim. Hand-crafted at the renowned Segura Viudas Estate, it’s clean, fresh, lively and dry. Enjoy the sublime chorus of melon/nectarine/bread dough flavors and creamy finish.
