Tasting Note: This wine is reserved, elegant and revels in its maturity.

Lemon-gold in color with small, tight bubbles, the wine has a nose of just-ripened red-and-green apples, toast and bosc pear.

The wine is delicately-textured with medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose with a fine decrescendo on the finish.

Pair with potato-chips topped with crème fraiche and caviar, or just open and enjoy to celebrate yourself.
