Medium-intensity amber in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of brioche, bread dough, butter, roasted almonds and walnuts.

On the palate the dry, medium-plus-bodied Palo Cortado Sherry has medium-plus-intensity rancio flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a buttery, medium-plus finish.

The wine is rich and elegant with a creamy texture.

The midpalate has depth of flavor and balance.

Bottle Note: 30 Years Old. It is a wine of brilliant mahogany color, hazelnut aroma, dry palate, balanced, elegant and very persistent. It combines the soft and delicate characteristics of the Amontillado and vinosity and texture of Oloroso. It is ideal for pairing with foie and all kinds of meats, especially bushmeat.
