Medium-intensity lemon in color, this rare, tank-fermented sparkling wine made 100% from aligoté has an aromatic nose of lemon-citrus peel, green apple, pear, quince and apple.

Bubbles are tight and persistent.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine reveals flavors suggested on the nose.

The wine has a creamy texture and completes with a citrusy, medium finish.
