Tasting Note: A basic cava with a mix of bright fruit and yeasty flavor.

Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of green apple, caramel, blossom, toast and a common cava aroma of rubber.

On the palate the dry, medium bodied wine has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity.

The wine has a creamy texture and completes with a yeast-infused, medium finish.

A basic, straightforward cava.
