Domaine Bousquet, Cabernet Sauvignon 2019, Tupungato, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina
Tasting Note: A solid mid-week cabernet sauvignon that will give you the characteristic black fruit in an accessible and pleasant style that will pair well with a variety of dishes.
Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of blackberry, black plum, vanilla baking spice, boysenberry, red cherry and violet blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied cabernet sauvignon has medium-intensity, black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and ripe, medium tannin.
A good, straightforward cabernet with a touch of oak that gives it more body.
