Tasting Note: A Moulin-á-Vent with welcome concentration and robustness for a Beaujolais.

Medium-intensity ruby in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of red plum, hibiscus, strawberry, black cherry, cassis and dried-violet petal.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied Moulin-á -Vent has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose along with hints of black olive supported by medium acidity and ripe, medium tannin.

The midpalate is layered and complex with minerality.

An elegant cru Beaujolais.
