Tasting Note: Pale yellow in color this dry white has a nose filled with fermented rose aromas, pear and cumquat.

On the palate the indigenous-yeast fermented wine is round with obtuse, medium acidity completing with a citrus finish.

Bottle Note: Enticing and vibrant on the nose, this dry white blend of vermentino, verdelho, muscat and pinot noir. This white blend has a great mouth appeal with nuances of florals and apricot. Wonderful structure and appeal across the palate. Produced in stainless steel. Michael J. McCay, winemaker
