Rabble, Rosé 2020, Paso Robles, California
Tasting Note: A good rosé with actual flavor made from syrah-grenache.
Medium-intensity pink-to-salmon in color, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of red cherry, orange-citrus peel, cranberry, black tea, strawberry and blossom.
On the palate the dry rosé has, medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity ultimately completing with a strawberry, medium finish.
The wine is steely in texture and is straightforward.
Would pair with many a meal including the croque monsieur I’m having this evening.
Bottle Note: This rebellious wine appeared in the ninth month of the year 2020. Fruit harvested from carefully selected vineyards in Paso Robles. We cannot command nature except by obeying her.
