Spier, Signature Collection Sauvignon Blanc 2019, Stellenbosch, South Africa
Tasting Note: A riper-styled sauvignon blanc filled with tropical fruit flavors and at a terrific price point for the quality.
Pale-intensity lemon in color, this wine has an aromatic, medium-plus-intensity nose of green apple, quince, pear, white nectarine, lemon citrus and pineapple.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied wine has medium-plus-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a medium-plus finish.
There are hints of midpalate complexity and slight creaminess on the back palate.
Great value and easy to pickup and enjoy without overthinking.
Bottle Note: Like a chef’s signature dish, Spier’s Signature range of wines represents what Spier does best. We are committed to making quality wines that capture each grape variety’s unique flavor.
