Tasting Note: An easy-going sauvignon blanc with flavor concentration.

Medium-intensity gold in color, this wine has an aromatic nose of quince, ripe pear, baked apple, blossom and a touch of guava.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sauvignon blanc reveals additional flavors of melon and peach stone fruit supported by medium acidity completing with a medium finish.

The wine is steely in texture with balance between the fruit and acidity.

Would pair well with many a meal.

Flavors of ripe gooseberries, mixed summer melon, and a hint of dried herbs maintain true varietal character. This vintage finishes crisp and clean, with nuances of fresh marzipan tart.
