Lemon tending towards light gold in color in this wine has an aromatic and complex, multilayered nose of ripe red apple and yellow pear along with pineapple and lime tropical fruit.

On the palate, the dry, medium-bodied wine expresses tart, green and yellow fruit on the attack carried by high acidity which provides body.

As suggested on the nose the wine delivers flavor complexity while balancing its fruit character with supportive acidity.

It would not be surprising if indigenous-yeast fermentation is to thank for the depth of flavor.
