Medium-intensity salmon in color with medium-sized bubbles, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of strawberry, red cherry, cranberry and blossom.
On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling rosé has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium acidity and completing with a flowery, medium finish.
A good, straightforward sparkling wine that would be a versatile partner to pair with many a meal.
Bottle Note: Domaine Bousquet combines the knowhow of French winemaking with the exceptional climate and terroir of Argentina. The vineyard is located in the Andean foothills at 1,200 meters above sea level. The temperature amplitude helps to obtain ripened grapes with excellent acidity. The grapes are hand picked and the vineyard is certified organic. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay.
