Tasting Note: A Provencal red blend with a mix of reserved, red-and-black fruit and rustic, herbal notes that unite beautifully in your glass revealing that classic, French-wine bouquet.

Deep-intensity purple in color, this wine has a medium-plus-intensity nose of black plum, black olive, hay, blackberry, forest floor, red currant, white pepper and dried herbs.

On the palate the dry, full-bodied red blend has medium-plus-intensity red-and-black-fruit flavors suggested on the nose supported by slightly-grippy, medium-plus tannin ultimately completing with a forest-floor-and-hay-infused, medium-plus finish.

A fulsome midpalate abounds.

A red-blend to seek out.

Bottle Note: This wine is fermented and aged in concrete vats for 18 months prior to bottling. It is unfined and unfiltered. It contains only naturally occurring preservatives. It is strongly recommended to store it at 57°
