Tasting Note: An easygoing, simple, sparkling rosé that would make a good backporch sipper.

Pale-intensity salmon in color with small tight bottles, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of strawberry, red cherry, cranberry and blossom.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling wine has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose supported by medium-plus acidity and completing with a short finish.

The wine is balanced and good in its dimension.

Bottle Note: De Bussy located in Saumur, the heart of the Loire Valley is producing amazing sparkling wine in its medieval underground cellars from the 15th century. After the 2nd fermentation in bottle the wine ages for a minimum of 12 months on the lees. With a beautiful rose color and superb aromatics of bright cherries. The palate texture is mineral driven, and crisp on the finish. Paira very well with a fruit tart.
