Vauversin à Oger, Oxalie Grand Cru Brut Rosé Champagne, France

Tasting Note: Grand Cru Rosé Champagne with those wonderful yeasty notes that sometimes don’t carry into rosé sparkling wines.

Medium-intensity salmon in color with tight, small bubbles, this wine has a medium-intensity nose of brioche, strawberry, red cherry, pomegranate, blossom and rosehip.

On the palate the dry, medium-bodied sparkling rosé has medium-intensity flavors suggested on the nose with additional notes of brioche supported by medium-plus acidity ultimately completing with a medium-plus finish.

A rosé Champagne to repeat!
